石板材连续式自动抛光线控制系统的设计

Design of Stepless Control System for Automatic Polishing Line for Stone Plates

为满足石板材自动抛光加工生产的要求,设计了石板材连续式自动抛光线控制系统。介绍了控制系统的组成与工作原理,分析了控制流程,以及磨抛、搬运、气缸控制等系统硬件,同时给出了可编程序控制器的选择。这一石板材连续式自动抛光线控制系统可以对提高石板材加工的自动化程度起到促进作用。

In order to meet the requirements of automatic polishing production of stone plates,a stepless control system for automatic polishing line of stone plates was designed.The composition and working principle of the control system were introduced.The control processes as well as the hardware portion of the system such as grinding and polishing,handling and cylinder control were analyzed.The selection of the PLC was also given.This stepless control system for automatic polishing line of stone plates can promote the automation level for processing of stone plates.
