摘要
为避免火炮上架单目标优化时无法考虑其它工况的缺点,提出将归一化指数加权准则与固体各向同性材料惩罚模型方法相结合的火炮上架多目标拓扑优化方法。应用所提方法对某型火炮上架进行多目标拓扑优化设计,得到同时满足火炮后座与复进工况下刚度要求的上架最优拓扑结构。对上架结构进行了有限元验证,确认所提方法的可行性。
In order to avoid the shortcoming that other working conditions could not be regarded when the single target of the upper carriage of the artillery was optimized,a multi-objective topological optimization method based on the combination of normalized exponential weighting criterion and the SIMP was proposed.The proposed method was used for multi-objective topological optimization design of a certain type of artillery upper carriage,and the obtained optimal topology structure of the upper carriage could satisfy the stiffness required by the artillery under recoil and count-recoil conditions.The structure of the upper carriage was verified by finite element and the feasibility of the proposed method was confirmed.
