Design of New Automatic High-speed Palletizing Machine for Steel Sections

针对现有型钢码垛机难以在小规模型钢生产企业推广应用的问题,设计了新型全自动高速型钢码垛机。对这一型钢码垛机的结构进行了介绍,对编组定位机构、编组小车、正码机构、反码机构等进行了分析。

Aiming at the problem that the existing palletizing machine for steel sections was difficult to promote and apply in small-scale production enterprises for steel sections,a new automatic high-speed palletizing machine for steel sections was designed.The structure of this type of palletizing machine for steel sections was introduced,and the group positioning mechanism,grouping trolley,positive code mechanism and negative code mechanism were analyzed.
