柴油机滑油器盖中柱塞孔的加工工艺研究

摘要 介绍了柴油机滑油器的工作原理。柴油机滑油器盖中的柱塞孔为精密小深孔,精度要求高,机械加工难度大,合格率低。为了解决这一问题,对柱塞孔的加工工艺进行研究。拟定了两种加工工艺流程,对工艺难点进行分析,确认采用电火花线切割加工,不仅可以保证加工精度,而且可以提高加工合格率。 The working principle of the lube oiler of diesel engine was introduced.The plunger hole in the lube oiler cover of diesel engine is a small deep hole with high precision requirements,and is difficult for mechanical processing with a low qualification rate.In order to solve this issue,the processing technology of the plunger hole was studied.Two processing processes were proposed,and the technical difficulties were analyzed.It is confirmed that when WEDM is adopted for processing,it can not only ensure the processing accuracy,but also improve the qualification rate.
