摘要
首云铁矿采用崩落法采矿,中深孔落矿矿石大块率5%~8%,采用传统的钻孔装药或裸露药包的二次爆破方法破碎大块,容易崩坏出矿口眉线、大块附近的设施和风水管线,而且二次爆破产生的冲击波、飞石、炮烟影响周围作业面的正常生产。通过对静态破碎剂破碎坚硬矿岩大块的试验研究,提出了使用静态破碎剂破碎采场大块的方法,有效地解决了上述问题。介绍了坚硬矿石大块静态破碎布孔装药参数、试验效果和推广应用情况,为类似地下矿山二次破碎提供了有益的借鉴。
Medium-deep hole blasting caving mine method was used in Shouyun iron mine,blasted boulder yield was 5%~8%.And traditional explosive blast method was used in secondary breaking hard iron ore boulder,which could easily lead to damage the drift outlet,facilities,pipelines and cables.Other normal works were seriously affected by flying rocks,fumes,explosive air shock wave and noise producing in secondary blasting.Through the field tests of static breaking hard iron ore boulder,the method using static cracking agent to break boulder in sublevel caving stope was proposed and the problems mentioned above were effectively solved.Hole-pattern and charging parameters of static breaking hard iron ore boulder,field test results and its popularized application in Shouyun iron mine were introduced.This work can provide reference for the other underground mines with similar conditions.
