分级尾砂充填料浆的工作特性及多因素影响规律 被引量:1

摘要 流动性和强度是决定充填料浆工作特性的两个关键指标。为研究分级尾砂高浓度自流充填的工作特性以及相关因素的影响规律,采用A1.2U6均匀设计法开展了配合比试验,以水泥掺量、料浆浓度、充填剂掺量为变量,以单轴抗压强度、扩散度和塌落度为考察指标,开展了充填料浆的工作特性与影响因素研究。结果表明:料浆浓度与流动性成负相关,Minefill和水泥掺量与流动性成正相关,且料浆浓度对流动性影响最大,Minefill次之,水泥掺量最小;Minefill对高浓度料浆的作用更明显,浓度在68%~70%时,可将其扩散度提高30cm、塌落度提高1~6cm。水泥掺量和料浆浓度与强度成正相关,且水泥掺量对强度的影响性更大,而Minefill对强度基本无影响;Minefill掺量为550mL/t时,水泥掺量提高1%,强度可提高0.1MPa,料浆浓度提高1%,强度可提高0.05MPa。 Fluidity and strength are two key indicators to determine the working characteristics of filling slurry.In order to study the working characteristics of high concentration self-flow filling of tailings and the influence of related factors,the blending ratio test was carried out by using the A1.2 U6 uniform design method.The cement content,slurry concentration and filler dosage were used as variables,and the uniaxial compressive strength,diffusivity and slump were taken as indicators to perform the filling,the working characteristics and influencing factors of the filled slurry were studied.The results indicated that the slurry concentration was negatively correlated with the fluidity.The Minefill and cement content were positively correlated with the fluidity,and the slurry concentration had the greatest influence on the fluidity,followed by Minefill and the cement content was the smallest;the effect of Minefill on the high-concentration slurry was more obvious.When the concentration was 68%-70%,the diffusion degree can be increased by 30 cm and the slump degree can be increased by 1-6 cm.The cement content and slurry concentration were positively correlated with the strength,and the cement content had a greater influence on the strength,while the Minefill had no effect on the strength;When the Minefill dosage was 550 mL/t,the cement content can be increased by 1%and the strength can be increased by 0.1 MPa,and the slurry concentration can be increased by 1%and the strength can be increased by 0.05 MPa.
