三山岛金矿全尾砂静态絮凝沉降试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 开展尾矿充填工作不仅是解决尾矿库环境污染问题和消除尾矿库安全隐患的治本之策,也有利于提高资源综合利用率,减少土地占用。膏体充填技术是尾矿充填发展的重要方向,其核心之一是如何获得符合条件的全尾砂膏体。因此研究全尾砂絮凝沉降工艺以获得高浓度底流以及较低溢流浊度非常重要。通过正交试验和耦合试验方法,分别得到了矿浆絮凝沉降速度和澄清层浊度的影响因素排序。并得到了最优絮凝工艺参数为:矿浆浓度20%,絮凝剂用量20g/t,阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,温度常温、矿浆pH=6.0。最优条件下自然絮凝沉降矿浆极限平均浓度为60%,增加扰动、破碎絮凝体,絮凝体二次沉降,矿浆极限平均浓度能达到66%。研究结果可为三山岛金矿尾矿处理提供科学的指导依据。 Tailings backfill is not only the fundamental measure to solve the pollution problem and to eliminate the potential safety hazards of tailings reservoir,but also conducive to improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources and reducing land occupation.Paste filling technology is an important development tread of tailings backfill.One core of tailings backfill is how to obtain qualified tailings paste.Therefore,it is very important to study the tailings flocculation sedimentation process to obtain high concentration underflow and low overflow turbidity.Orthogonal test and coupling test were used to obtain the sequence of influencing factors of slurry flocculation sedimentation speed and clarification layer turbidity.The optimum flocculation parameters were obtained as follows:pulp concentration 20%,flocculant dosage 20 g/t,anionic polyacrylamide,normal temperature and pulp pH=6.0.Under the optimum parameters,the ultimate average concentration of natural flocculation sedimentation pulp is 60%,and the ultimate average concentration of pulp can reach 66%by increasing disturbance,crushing flocs and secondary sedimentation of flocs.This paper provides scientific guidance for tailings treatment of Sanshandao Gold Mine.
