全面依法治国的路径探究

法治是现代国家治理的必由之路,以十八届四中全会为标志,我国开启了全面推进依法治国的道路。一方面,制度基础上的法治创新是依法治国的理论基石;另一方面,不同国家的发展路径、阶段、环境并不相同走出了不同的依法治国道路。中国在推进全面依法治国的过程中,要从构建中国特色社会主义法治体系、加强制度建设、深化依法治国实践、强化党的领导四个维度协同推进,以更好地建设中国特色社会主义法治体系与社会主义法治国家。

The rule of law is the only way for modern state governance. With the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee as a symbol, China has opened the way to comprehensively promote the rule of law. In the process of advancing the rule of law in an all-round way, China must advance from the four dimensions of building a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics, strengthening system construction, deepening the practice of governing the country according to law, a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics, and finally better building a socialist country ruled by law.
