基于文献计量视角的我国应急预案研究综述

A Review of Research on Emergency Plan Based on Bibliometrics and Co-word Analysis

随着应急管理部的成立,国家对应急管理工作日趋重视。应急预案作为应急管理的一项重要内容,专家学者对其进行了多学科、多角度、多层次的研究。通过文献计量和共词分析法对国内相关文献的分析发现:应急预案的研究数量总体呈上升趋势,研究主题集中在应急管理体系、应急预案管理、不同事件类型的应急预案、部门应急预案、应急预案的内容和应急预案评价等六个方面;但在研究方法、研究内容等方面还存在一定的拓展空间。因此,从实施、评价、改进等方面研究应急预案,进一步完善我国应急预案及应急管理体系,是未来学术界研究工作努力的方向。

With the establishment of the Emergency Management Department, the state has paid more and more attention to emergency management. The emergency plan has been studied by academic experts as one of the important subjects in emergency management field. The relevant literatures of China’s emergency plan which came from the CNKI core journal database are analyzed by bibliometric analysis and co-word analysis methods, in order to master the research status and development trend of the emergency plan, as well as providing theoretical basis and reference for follow-up researches. The results indicate that: the number of emergency plans’ studies is generally on the rise. The research themes mainly focus on six aspects: emergency management system, emergency plan management, emergency plans for different type events, departmental emergency plan, content of emergency plan and evaluation of emergency plan. However, there are some gaps in research methods, research contents and so on. Future research should strengthen the study on implementation, improvement and evaluation of emergency plans.
