摘要 白炭黑,即纳米SiO2,是一种无毒、无味白色粉末状非金属纳米材料,在橡胶、水泥、涂料、医药等领域应用广泛。本文以廉价易得的粉煤灰为原料,通过碱熔、酸解、化学改性等步骤制备了粒径分布均匀的单分散纳米白炭黑(DNS),实现了废物的有效利用。利用红外光谱、扫面电镜、透射电镜对白炭黑的结构和表面形貌进行了表征。将纳米白炭黑应用于水性环氧树脂防腐涂料中,涂层性能测试结果表明白炭黑的加入能够有效改善涂料的防腐性能。 White carbon black,ie nano-SiO2,is a non-toxic,odorless white powdery non-metallic nanomaterial that is widely used in rubber,cement,paint,pharmaceutical and other fields.In this paper,the monodisperse nanosilica(DNS)with uniform particle size distribution was prepared by using the cheap and easily available fly ash as raw materials through alkali melting,acid hydrolysis and chemical modification,which realized the effective utilization of waste.The structure and surface morphology of silica were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The nano-silica was applied to the waterborne epoxy resin anticorrosive coating.The coating performance test results showed that the addition of silica can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.
