异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的复制均匀性与稳定性检验

异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质,2016年11月经原国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准,在合成橡胶行业进行推广应用。在校准门尼黏度计、控制产品质量、考核人员、监督检验、交易与贸易、质量仲裁等方面发挥了重要的作用。根据标准物质复制计划和合成橡胶行业的需求,国家合成橡胶质量监督检验中心2019年进行了复制。采用极差法、拟合直线法分别检验和评价异戊橡胶标准物质的均匀性、稳定性。GBW(E)130572a标准物质在0.05的显著水平时,样品均匀;异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质通过36个月的稳定性考察,标准物质没有明显变化,性能稳定;因此,异戊橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的均匀性和稳定性满足标准物质复制的技术要求。

The isoprene rubber mooney viscosity reference material was approved by the State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine in November 2016.The mooney viscosity reference material is widely used in synthetic rubber industry.It plays an important role in calibrating mooney viscometers,controlling product quality,inspecting personnel,supervising and inspecting,trading and trading,quality arbitration and so on.According to the reference material replication plan and the needs of the synthetic rubber industry,the national quality supervision and inspection center of synthetic rubber has replicated in 2019.The uniformity and stability of reference material was tested and evaluated by range method and fitting straight line method.At the significance level of 0.05,GBW(E)130572a reference material is uniformed.After 36 months of stability investigation,isoprene rubber mooney viscosity reference material has stable properties.Therefore,the uniformity and stability of GBW(E)130572a meet requirements of development of reference material.
