经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术对单节段退变性腰椎滑脱患者术后的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析Wiltse入路微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术对单节段退变性腰椎滑脱患者术后Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及住院时间的影响.方法选取2016年10月~2018年10月我院收治的78例单节段退变性腰椎滑脱患者,根据入路方法不同分组,各39例.对照组经传统后正中入路,观察组经Wiltse入路,均行经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术,比较两组手术一般情况(切口长度、手术时间、总出血量、术后引流量、住院时间)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、ODI指数、椎间隙高度.结果观察组切口长度、总出血量、术后引流量、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第3d、术后第14 d、术后半年VAS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后半年ODI指数低于对照组,椎间隙高度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论Wiltse入路微创经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术治疗单节段退变性腰椎滑脱,可缩短切口长度,降低术中失血量,减少术后引流量,加快患者恢复,有效改善患者腰部疼痛程度、椎间隙高度,提高腰椎功能.
