武汉某高校学生肠道菌群多样性及其影响因素 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析武汉某高校学生肠道菌群多样性,探讨影响肠道菌群多样性的因素.方法选取武汉某高校学生的粪便样品作为研究对象,应用Illumina Miseq平台进行高通量测序技术,检测大学生肠道菌群的多样性及影响因素.结果①大学生肠道菌群存在α多样性,但α多样性不受吸烟、运动、不同频次摄入果蔬、白肉、红肉、腌熏制品等因素影响(P>0.05);②吸烟使肠道菌群中放线菌门、双歧杆菌属、帕拉普菌属、氨基酸球菌属丰度显著升高(P<0.05);③运动使肠道菌群中毛螺旋菌属、帕拉普菌属丰度升高(P<0.05);④高频次食用果蔬使大学生肠道菌群中毛螺菌属丰度升高;低频次食用白肉使肠道菌群中芽孢杆菌属、微单胞菌属丰度升高;高频次食用红肉使丁酸弧菌属、脱硫弧菌属丰度降低,而志贺菌属丰度升高;高频次食用腌熏制品使肠道菌群中瘤胃球菌属、醋杆菌属丰度升高(P<0.05).结论吸烟、运动及不同频次摄入果蔬、白肉、红肉、腌熏制品等均可影响肠道菌群的数量和种类. Objective To analyze the diversity of intestinal flora of students in a university in Wuhan and to explore the factors affecting the diversity of intestinal flora.Methods The fecal samples of students from a university in Wuhan were selected as the research object,and the Illumina Miseq platform was used for high-throughput sequencing technology to detect the diversity of intestinal flora in college students.Results①There were a diversity in the intestinal flora of college students,but the a diversity was not affected by smoking,exercise and intake of fruits,vegetables,white meat,red meat and smoked products at different frequencies(P>0.05);(2)Smoking significantly increased the abundance of actinobacteria,bifidobacterium,paraprevotella and acidaminococcus in intestinal flora(P<0.05):③Exercise increased the abundance of lachnospira and paraprevotella in the intestinal flora(P<0.05);(4)High frequency consumption of fruits and vegetables would increase the abundance of lachnospira in the intestinal flora of college students;low frequency consumption of white meat would increase the abundance of bacillus and parvimonas;high frequency consumption of red meat reduced the abundance of butyricimonas and desulfovibrio,while the abundance of shigella increased;high frequency of eating smoked products could increase the abundance of ruminococcus and acetobacter(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking,exercise and intake of different frequencies of fruits and vegetables,white meat,red meat,pickled products could affect the number and type of intestinal flora.
