Research on the Construction of Off-Campus Training Base for Leisure Agriculture Major in Higher Vocational College

休闲农业是一个新的业态,行业发展迅猛,迫切需要复合型技能人才,但院校人才培养与行业人才短缺失衡。校企深度融合是解决问题的关键,为此通过分析休闲农业校企合作实训基地共建存在的问题,提出构建有效的内外保障机制,来寻求解决休闲农业人才供需的瓶颈问题,以期实现多方共赢的结果。

Leisure agriculture is a new industry.In recent years,it has developed rapidly.Therefore,there is an urgent need for compound talents,but the talent training of higher vocational colleges and the demand for leisure agricultural talents are unbalanced.The deep integration of school-enterprise is the key to solving the problem.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cooperative training base of leisure agriculture school-enterprise cooperation,and proposes how to construct an effective internal and external guarantee mechanism to solve the bottleneck problem of supply and demand of leisure agricultural talents,in order to achieve multi-win-win for whole industry chain.
