Microstructure and Properties of AlSn20Cu-Steel Bearing Bush Composites

摘要 采用OM、SEM、EDS及硬度计等对比分析了国内外AlSn20Cu-钢复合轴瓦材料的显微组织及性能。结果表明,钢基体显微组织均由珠光体和铁素体组成,且国内合金的铁素体晶粒尺寸远小于国外的,发生明显变形;国外的合金层厚度远小于国内的,两种合金的硬度均从合金层到界面再到钢基体依次升高,且国内材料钢基体的硬度比国外材料的高,合金层和界面处的硬度相差不大;冷弯后,国内材料的界面出现了明显分离。 The microstructure and properties of domestic and foreign AlSn20Cu-steel bearing bush composites were analyzed comparatively by using OM、SEM、EDS and Vickers hardness tester as well as other equipments in order to better develop the bearing bush composites.The results show that the microstructure of steel matrix is composed of pearlite and ferrite.The ferrite grain size of the foreign material is larger than that of the domestic ones,and the ferrite in the domestic material has obvious deformation.The thickness of alloy layer of foreign bearing bush composites is much smaller than that of domestic ones.The hardness of the two kinds of bearing bush composites is increased from the alloy layer to the interface to the steel matrix,however,the hardness of the steel matrix of domestic material is higher than that of foreign ones,while the interface of domestic materials shows obvious separation after cold bending experiment.
