摘要
研究了某深窗口轮毂的模具设计及优化。结果表明,在低压铸造过程中轮毂窗口上方易产生缩松、气孔等缺陷,严重影响铸件品质和成品率。因此,针对铸件缺陷,对模具结构进行优化,并结合模拟结果和生产验证,通过在模具窗口中间位置增加铝液的充型通道,可生产出品质合格并满足批量生产要求的铝合金轮毂。
The die design of aluminum retail deep window wheel was described.The results indicate that shrinkage porosity and blowhole defects can be generated easily at up-window of deep window wheel during low pressure casting process,which serious affects quality and product yield.Therefore,aiming at the defects during low casting process,the die structure was optimized.Combined with the simulated results and production verification,it shows that the filling channel of molten aluminium can be increased directly in the middle of the die window.Aluminum alloy wheels with qualified quality were produced to meet the requirements of mass production.
