A356铝合金轮毂内部缺陷的交互式分析

摘要 A356铝合金轮毂在低压铸造生产过程中容易产生气孔、缩孔等缺陷,使用X射线检测时缺陷区域的分离一直是个难题。提出一种数学形态学顶帽变换预处理、点击鼠标选择目标区域、固定阈值分割提取缺陷的交互式分析方法,实现了轮毂X射线图像上缺陷的准确提取。结果表明,提出的技术方案切实可行,能够满足轮毂内部缺陷X射线检测的需求。 Internal defects such as porosity and shrinkage are generated easily in A356 aluminum alloy wheel during manufacturing process,and the separation of defect areas in X-ray inspection is always a difficult problem.An interactive analysis method for defect extraction from hub was presented by mathematical morphology top-hat transform preprocessing,mouse selection of target area and fixed threshold segmentation.The experimental results show that the proposed technical scheme is feasible and can meet the requirements of X-ray detection of internal defects in the wheel hub.
