摘要
通过对海军单兵冷却背心进行结构设计,缓解舰艇高温岗位人员的热应激问题,并评价单兵冷却背心的实际降温效果。模拟单兵直接暴露于高温环境的条件,测量其胸部、上下肢、直肠等核心部位温度,对比单兵穿着冷却背心前后的生理指标差异。试验结果显示:穿着单兵冷却背心后,受试者直肠温度有不同程度下降,在45℃模拟环境下,直肠降温最高达0.83 K;受试者胸部温度下降较多,41℃模拟环境下平均降温2.424 K,45℃模拟环境下平均降温1.43 K。海军单兵冷却背心在模拟41℃、45℃环境中有显著降温效果,冷冻凝胶和隔热层设计合理,具有使用便利性和安全性。
Through the parameter and structural design of the naval Individual cooling vest to alleviate the heat stress of the high-temperature personnel in ship and the actual cooling effect of the naval Individual cooling vest is evaluated.When individual soldiers are exposed to the high temperature simulation environment,the temperature of the core parts such as the chest,upper and lower limbs,and rectum are measured;the difference of physiological indexes when the soldier wears the cooling vest and does not wear the cooling vest is compared.Results show that after wearing cooling vest,the rectal temperature decreases,the rectal temperature reduces to 0.83 K in the simulated environment of 45℃.The chest temperature of the subject is greatly reduced,the average temperature is lowered to 2.424 K in the simulated environment of 41℃,and average temperature drop of 1.43 K in the simulated environment of 45℃.The naval cooling vest has a significant cooling effect in the simulated 41℃and 45℃environment,and the design of frozen-gel and insulation layer is reasonable to ensure the convenience and safety of use.
