摘要
首先介绍了针刺法非织造工艺原理和针刺机工作原理;然后对目前国产主轴箱式针刺机和无箱摇臂式针刺机的具体结构和优缺点进行了阐述;最后对当前先进的针刺设备关键技术进行了分析,包括弧形针板、椭圆轨迹针刺机、圆形轨迹针刺机等,进而提出了相应的减振技术以及新型材料的应用措施。
Firstly,the process principle of needle-punched technology and the working principle for nonwoven machines are introduced.Secondly,the structure,advantages and disadvantages of the needling machine with spindle box structure and needling machine with swing arm structure are compared in detail.Lastly,the up-to-date technologies of needling machine including arc needle plate,elliptical locus needle machine and circular trajectory needle machine are presented.Meanwhile,the corresponding vibration reduction technology,the application of new materials and other measures are put forward.
