摘要
消色差偏振旋转器是一种可以改变入射偏振光偏振方向的光学元件,在较宽波长范围内线偏振光通过该系统获得相同的旋转是偏振旋转器的优化设计目标。文中提出了两种结构的消色差偏振旋转器,一种是由6片波片组成的,另一种是由4片波片组成的。利用TechWiz LCD 1D软件进行模拟,其中由4片波片组成的偏振旋转器透过率可以达到99.75%以上,漏光率低于0.15%;由6片波片组成的消色差偏振旋转器的透过率可以达到99.8%~99.95%;漏光率低于0.12%。并且波片厚度在一定范围内变化时,透过率不受影响。结果表明这种消色差偏振旋转器可以实现入射线偏振光在正交方向的变化,且结构设计,参数设置较简单,消色差性能良好,符合消色差偏振旋转器的基本要求。
Achromatic polarization rotator is a kind of optical element which can rotate the polarization angle of incident polarized light,its optimized aim is the same rotational angle for the polarized light through the rotator in wider wavelength range.In this paper,we present two kinds of achromatic polarization rotators.One is composed of six wave plates.The other is composed of four wave plates.TechWiz LCD 1D software is used for simulation.The transmittance of the polarization rotator composed of four wave plates can reach more than 99.75%,and the light leakage is lower than 0.15%.The transmittance of achromatic polarization rotator composed of six wave plates can reach 99.8%~99.95%,and the light leakage is lower than 0.12%.Moreover,when the thickness of the wave plate change within a certain range,the transmittance is not affected.The results show that the achromatic polarization rotator can realize the change of the polarized light in the orthogonal direction,and its structure design,parameter setting are simple,besides the achromatic performance is better,which meets the basic requirements of achromatic polarization rotator.
