摘要
高血压病是一种复杂的多因素疾病,是全球重要的心血管问题,血压的有效管理可以显著减少心肌梗死、卒中等疾病的发生,降低人群总体死亡风险。大量研究证明表观遗传修饰在高血压的发生发展中起重要作用,而DNA甲基化是最重要的表观遗传修饰。因此通过DNA甲基化研究高血压的病理生理机制受到更多人的关注。本文针对DNA甲基化与高血压发病的相关性及可能的机制、治疗进展等进行系统综述。
Hypertension is a complex multi-factor disease and an important worldwide cardiovascular problem.The effective management of blood pressure can significantly reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction,stroke and other diseases,and reduce the overall risk of death.A large number of studies have shown that epigenetic modification plays an important role in the development of hypertension,and DNA methylation is the most important epigenetic modification.Therefore,the study of pathophysiological mechanism of hypertension through DNA methylation has attracted more attention.In this paper,we review the relationship between DNA methylation and the onset of hypertension,possible mechanisms,and treatment progress.
