氯乙酸副产氯化氢净化方案研究

摘要 因氯乙酸副产氯化氢尾气中夹带醋酸、乙酰氯和氯乙酰氯等有机物,直接用水吸收制成工业盐酸对外销售十分困难,不仅严重影响了整体经济效益,而且在销售不畅时,因库存问题会常常影响到烧碱系统的稳定运行。因此,净化氯化氢尾气,开发消耗氯化氢尾气的产品,解决氯化氢尾气的出路问题,最大限度减少副产工业盐酸的产量已是迫在眉睫。 It is very difficult to sell industrial hydrochloric acid directly by absorbing organic matters such as acetic acid,acetyl chloride and chloroacetyl chloride in the exhaust gas of hydrogen chloride by-product of chloroacetic acid,which not only seriously affects the overall economic benefit of our company,but also affects the stable operation of caustic soda system due to the inventory problem when the sales are not smooth.Therefore,the purification of hydrogen chloride exhaust,the development of hydrogen chloride exhaust products,the solution to the problem of hydrogen chloride exhaust,to minimize the output of industrial hydrochloric acid by-product is imminent.
