摘要
对氯化氢生产中送气工序进行优化,开发一键完成送气工序的DCS控制方法,该方法操作简便、自动化程度高、安全系数高、稳定性好,实现了氯化氢送气工序的自动化控制,不仅降低了劳动强度,而且降低了生产成本。
This paper optimizes the gas delivery process in the production of hydrogen chloride,and develops a DCS control method to complete the gas delivery process with one key.This method is simple to operate,highly automated,high safety factor and good stability.It really realizes the automatic control of the hydrogen chloride gas delivery process,which not only reduces the labor intensity,but also reduces the production cost.
