摘要
介绍了氯甲烷合成气余热综合利用技术的原理及工艺流程。通过确定系统最优工艺参数、优化工艺流程实现与氯甲烷合成系统高效匹配,最终实现对氯甲烷合成气余热有效利用,降低了氯甲烷蒸汽消耗。
The principle and process flow of the comprehensive utilization of waste heat from chloromethane syngas are introduced。By determining the optimal process parameters of the system and optimizing the process flow,the system can be effectively matched with the chloromethane synthesis system.Finally,the waste heat of chloromethane syngas can be effectively utilized,and the steam consumption of chloromethane can be reduced.
