《黄帝内经》治疗学有关理论对临床具有重要的指导意义:①临床上,辨病、辨证、辨症要并重;②在用药治病的同时,必须考虑用药安全性的问题,要切于病情,不可过用;③民间的一些验方、验药疗效显著,需要给予一定的重视;④临床一些病证,苦于难以辨证,可考虑从其证候所在经脉进行辨证;⑤治疗疾病时,审察病机,抓住各种疾病发起、病情变化的关键点,以阻断病发。

The therapeutics theory of Huangdi Neijing has important guiding significance for clinical practice:(1) clinically,we should pay equal attention to disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and symptom differentiation;(2)while treating diseases with medicine,we must consider the safety of medicine use. Medicine use should depend on the condition of the disease and should not be overused;(3)some folk prescriptions and medicines have remarkable effects,which need to be paid attention to;(4)some clinical diseases are difficult to differentiate,so we can consider differentiating them according to the channels where their syndromes are located;(5)in the treatment of diseases,we should examine the pathogenesis and seize the key points of the initiation and change of various diseases in order to interrupt the disease.
