Study on Zhang Peitong′s Medication Regularity in the Treatment of Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:采用数据挖掘技术总结张培彤教授治疗小细胞肺癌用药规律。方法:利用"名老中医经验数据仓库及分析挖掘平台"中的实时在线分析技术、复杂网络方法等,对用药数据进行分析。结果:核心处方为黄芪、陈皮、醋鸡内金、炒山楂、山萸肉、炒杜仲、茯苓、炒白术、露蜂房、桃仁、冬瓜子、生薏苡仁、芦根、瓜蒌、桔梗、甘草、山慈菇、白花蛇舌草、当归、地龙、三棱、莪术、浙贝母、知母。用药以味甘、性平者为主,归经以脾、肺、肝三经居多,中药功效以清热、解毒、健脾、化痰、散结为主。结论:张培彤教授治疗小细胞肺癌从正气不足、痰热瘀阻的病机入手,重用甘平之剂,解毒散结并举;应用浙贝母、知母配伍解毒祛邪。

Objective: To summarize professor Zhang Peitong’s medication regularity in the Treatment of small cell lung cancer by using data mining technology. Methods: The medication data were analyzed by using real-time on-line analysis technology and complex network method in " Old Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioner Experience Data Warehouse and Analysis and Mining Platform". Results: The core prescription combines Astragalus membranaceus,tangerine peel,vinegar membranes of chicken gizzards,fried hawthorn,Cornus officinalis,fried Eucommia ulmoides,Poria cocos,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,honeycomb,peach kernel,winter melon seeds,raw Coix seed,aloe root,Trichosanthes melon,Platycodon grandiflorum,licorice,lobata,angelica,earthworm,Rhizoma curcumae,Fritillaria thunbergii,anemarrhena. The main medication is sweet taste and mild nature. The channel tropisms are spleen,lung and liver. The main efficacy of Chinese medicine is clearing heat,detoxifying,invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm and dispersing stasis. Conclusion: Professor Zhang Peitong’s treatment of small cell lung cancer starts with the pathogenesis of insufficient vital energy and phlegm-heat stagnation,and uses sweet and mild medicine to relieve toxins and disperse stasis simultaneously,and applies Fritillaria thunbergii and anemarrhena asphodeloides to relieve toxins and eliminate pathogens.
