艾灸联合一贯煎加减治疗月经过少

Moxa-moxibustion Therapy Integrating Yiguan Decoction in the Treatment of Hypomenorrhea

目的:观察艾灸联合一贯煎治疗肝郁肾虚型月经过少的临床疗效。方法:将肝郁肾虚型月经过少患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组36例采用一贯煎加减口服;观察组36例在口服中药的同时,应用艾灸治疗。两组均治疗3个月经周期为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、疗程及尿促卵泡素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)水平变化及子宫内膜厚度变化。结果:观察组有效率为97.2%,对照组有效率为72.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疗程较对照组明显缩短。两组患者治疗前后FSH、LH、E2水平均有改善,观察组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度较对照组增加幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合一贯煎治疗肝郁肾虚型月经过少疗效确切,可能与改善患者激素水平有关。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the moxa-moxibustion therapy integrating Yiguan Decoction for liver depression kidney deficiency type of hypomenorrhea. Methods: The patients were randomly into the observation group and the control group. The thirty-six samples in the control group were treated with Yiguan Decoction addition and subtraction,while the thirty-six samples in the observation group were treated with moxa-moxibustion therapy additionally based on the control group. The treatment for the two groups will be kept for three menstrual cycles as a treatment course. The clinical efficacy before and after treatment,the level changes of follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH) and estradiol( E2),and the thickness of endometriumwere all investigated. Results: The effective rates of observation group was 97. 2% and the control group was 72. 2%,the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Meanwhile,the treatment course of the observation group was obviously less than that of the control group. As for the level changes of hormone can be acquired from the two groups of samples before and after treatment,which was more distinctive for the observation group. The differences possess the statistical significance( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 were improved in the two groups,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). The endometrial thickness in the observation group was larger than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Moxa-moxibustion therapy combined with Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea with liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome has exact effect,and the mechanism may be related to the improvement of hormone level in patients.
