电热针配合康复训练治疗肩关节周围炎

Electrothermal Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的:观察电热针配合康复训练治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例肩关节周围炎患者分为对照组42例,观察组44例。对照组单纯使用电热针治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予康复训练。比较两组患者关节活动度、疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者关节活动度以及疼痛评分均有明显改善,且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为97.7%,优于对照组85.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电热针配合康复训练治疗肩关节周围炎临床疗效优于单纯电热针治疗。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electrothermal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 86 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were divided into acupuncture group( 42 cases)and rehabilitation training group( 44 cases). The control group was treated with electrothermal acupuncture alone,and the observation group was given rehabilitation training on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The changes of joint activity,pain score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment,the joint activity and pain score of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious( P < 0. 05). The effective rate of the observation group was 97. 7%,which was better than that of the control group( 85. 7%)( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Electrothermal acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is superior to electrothermal acupuncture alone in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
