摘要
介绍了汽车门把手装饰圈热流道注塑模实用结构,论述了工作原理。该模采用侧浇口、一模两腔,运用NX/CAD完成了塑件分型面设计,创新设计了斜顶、内抽芯和组合滑块等模具结构特征;借助MPI创建了直管道循环冷却系统,并对塑件填充时间、冷却效果及翘曲变形量进行模拟分析,得到合理的注塑成型参数以指导模具实际生产。该模具可实现自动操作。
A practical structure was introduced on the hot runner injection mold for decorative ring of automobile door handle, and the working principle was discussed. Side gate was adopted in the mold with two mold cavities. The parting surface of product and the structural features, such as slanted top, inner core and combined slide block, were designed to complete the innovative design of the mold structure by NX/CAD. Recirculating cooling system of straight pipeline was created based on MPI. The filling, cooling and warping were analyzed by MPI, and the reasonable injection molding parameters could guide the actual production. Moreover, the complete automatization of mold can be achieved.
