自拟清咽利喉汤治疗急性咽炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Qingyan Lighou Decoction in Treating Acute Pharyngitis

目的探讨自拟清咽利喉汤治疗急性咽喉炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年3月—2018年12月收治的120例急性咽炎(急喉痹)患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例)。比较2组临床证候积分、症状缓解情况、疗效及不良反应。结果观察组治疗1周后治疗总有效率比对照组高,证候积分比对照组低,各症状消失时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论将自拟清咽利喉汤应用于急性咽炎患者,能有效缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made Qingyan Lithroat decoction on acute pharyngitis.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with acute laryngitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The clinical syndrome score,symptom relief,curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of syndromes and the time of disappearance of each symptom were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion The application of self-made Qingyan Lighou decoction in acute pharyngitis patients can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect,and has high safety.
