黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法抽选2016年1月—2019年1月在门诊医治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者(46例),随机分为乙组(23例)、甲组(23例)。乙组给予常规西医治疗,在此基础上甲组加黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,对比2组的神经传导速度、治疗效果、微循环状况。结果甲组的左运动神经传导速度、右运动神经传导速度、左感觉神经传导速度、右感觉神经传导速度都高于乙组,差异显著,P<0.05。甲组治疗的总有效率高于乙组,差异显著,P<0.05。甲组的红细胞聚集率、白微栓率都高于乙组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论在糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中给予黄芪桂枝五物汤可提高治疗效果、神经传导速度,并有效改善微循环状况。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,46 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into group B(23 cases)and group A(23 cases).Group B was treated with routine western medicine.On this basis,group A was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.The nerve conduction velocity,therapeutic effect and microcirculation of the two groups were compared.Results The left motor nerve conduction velocity,right motor nerve conduction velocity,left sensory nerve conduction velocity and right sensory nerve conduction velocity in group A were higher than those in group B,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The erythrocyte aggregation rate and white microemboli rate in group A were higher than those in group B,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction can improve the therapeutic effect,nerve conduction velocity and microcirculation.
