消心痹方对肥厚型心肌病患者心脏功能及心率变异性的影响

Effect of Xiaoxinbi Recipe on Cardiac Function and Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

目的观察肥厚型心肌病患者应用消心痹方治疗的疗效及心脏功能、心率变异性的变化。方法所有临床资料来源于心内科2017年1月—2019年1月收治的90例肥厚心肌病(HCM)患者,按不同治疗方案分2组,每组45例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上联合消心痹方治疗,比较2组疗效、心脏功能及心率变异性。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%相较于对照组77.78%更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF(56.08±1.56)%、SV(62.90±9.34)ml、E(0.89±0.23)m/s相较于对照组高,A(0.67±0.18)m/s相较于对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SDNN(92.37±18.75)ms、PNN50(10.40±4.67)%相较于对照组高,SDANN(56.78±2.90)ms相较于对照组低(P<0.05)。结论肥厚型心肌病患者应用消心痹方治疗的效果显著,而且能有效改善心功能,降低心率变异性。

Objective To observe the curative effect and heart function and heart rate variability of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy treated with Xiaoxinbi recipe.Methods All clinical data were obtained from 90 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)admitted to department of cardiology from January 2017 to September 2019.According to different treatment options,there were 2 groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with Western medicine combined with Xiaoxinbi recipe.The curative effect,cardiac function and heart rate variability of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33% which was higher than 77.78% in the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF(56.08±1.56)%,SV(62.90±9.34)ml and E(0.89±0.23)in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,A(0.67±0.18)m/s was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had SDNN(92.37±18.75)ms and PNN50(10.40±4.67)% after treatment.Compared with the control group,SDANN(56.78±2.90)ms of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoxinbi recipein the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has a significant effect,and can effectively improve heart function and reduce heart rate variability.
