针刺联合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Manipulation in the Treatment of Vertebral Artery Cervical Spondylosis for 62 Cases

目的探讨椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用中医针刺联合手法治疗的效果。方法从2017年4月—2018年4月治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者中,选取62例作为本次的研究对象,并将之均分为2组,对照组采用中药联合针刺治疗,观察组采用中药、针刺联合推拿手法治疗,对比2组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,观察组的治疗总有效率和椎基底动脉平均血流速度均显著优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于椎动脉型颈椎病患者,给予中药、针刺治疗的同时,增加推拿手法,有助于提高治疗有效率,改善椎基底动脉血流速度,值得临床上推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of vertebral artery cervical spondylosis.Methods 62 patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with manipulation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and the average blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis,Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with manipulation help to improve the treatment efficiency and the blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery,and is worthy of clinical application.
