推拿功法少林内功应用于腰椎间盘突出症康复的效果

目的观察少林内功锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分成观察组与对照组,2组均使用常规保守方法包括腰椎牵引、推拿、针灸等方法治疗,观察组在此保守治疗基础上进行少林内功训练,对照组在此保守治疗的基础上进行腰背肌功能锻炼,以JOA疗效评价标准量表为疗效评价指标,进行组间的疗效比较。结果3年后2组患者病情评分变化比较具有显著性差异,且观察组患者治疗效果明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者在常规保守治疗的基础上辅助进行少林内功锻炼,可以缓解病情、有效提高远期疗效,具有在临床工作中推广应用的价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shaolin Neigong of Tuina skill in the rehabilitation of prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were treated with routine conservative methods,including lumbar traction,massage and acupuncture. The observation group received Shaolin Neigong on the basis of the conservative treatment. On the basis of conservative treatment,the control group was treated with lumbar dorsalis muscle function exercise. JOA efficacy evaluation criteria were efficacy evaluation,and therapeutic effect was observed. Results After 3 years,there was significant difference between the two groups,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of routine conservative treatment,Shaolin Neigong exercise can alleviate the condition of lumbar disc herniation and improve the long-term effect effectively. It has the value of popularizing and applying in clinical work.
