中医护理在老年胆结石患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Elderly Patients with Gallstones

目的研究老年胆结石患者采用中医护理的价值,为后期开展护理工作提供依据。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月收治的胆结石患者84例,采用抛硬币的方法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组42例,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,研究组患者在此基础上实施中医护理,研究比较2组患者护理满意度、护理前后生活质量评分、胆囊炎和胰腺炎等并发症发生率。结果研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。护理前2组患者生活质量评分差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论老年胆结石患者采用中医护理能够显著改善生活质量,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in elderly patients with gallstones,and to provide basis for later nursing work.Methods 84 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group by coin tossing method,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,and the patients in the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing on this basis.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life score before and after nursing,incidence of complications such as cholecystitis and pancreatitis were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after nursing,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing in elderly patients with gallstones can significantly improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
