健脾舒胃散联合穴位敷贴治疗功能性消化不良上腹疼痛综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Jianpi Shuwei Powder Combined with Point Application in Treating Epigastric Pain Syndrome Caused by Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察健脾舒胃散联合穴位敷贴治疗上腹疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法将符合上腹疼痛综合征诊断标准的120例患者随机分为治疗组、中药对照组、西药对照组。其中治疗组40例予以健脾舒胃散方煎服,同时取中药穴位敷贴,4周为一个疗程。中药对照组40例予以健脾舒胃散方煎服,4周为一个疗程。西药对照组40例予莫沙比利片5 mg口服,每日3次餐前服用;奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20 mg口服,每日2次餐前服用,4周为一个疗程。观察3组患者治疗前后症状积分情况及总有效率。结果健脾舒胃散联合穴位敷贴对上腹疼痛症状的改善均优于2个对照组;对于烧心症状的改善,3组之间差异无统计学意义;对于上腹胀症状的改善,治疗组明显优于西药对照组;对于早饱及恶心症状的改善,治疗组分别优于中药对照组、西药对照组,同时中药对照组亦优于西药对照组。治疗组总有效率90.0%,明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾舒胃散联合穴位敷贴治疗功能性消化不良上腹疼痛综合征疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Shuwei powder combined with point application in treating epigastric pain syndrome caused by functional dyspepsia.Methods One hundred and twenty patients up to the admission rules were randomly assigned to treatment group,Chinese medicine control group and western medicine control group.The 40 patients in treatment group were treated by Jianpi Shuwei powder and TCM point application for four weeks as a course.The 40 patients in Chinese medicine control group were treated by Jianpi Shuwei powder for four weeks as a course.The 40 patients in western medicine control group took 5 mg of mosapride three times daily and 20 mg of omeprazole enteric-coated capsule twice daily before meals.The course was also four weeks.The symptom score and total effective rate of the patients in three groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The improvement of treating epigatric pain symptoms by Jianpi Shuwei powder together with point application was superior to the two control groups.There was no statistical significance in treating the improvement of heartburn symptoms of the three groups.To the improvement of epigastric distention symptoms,the treatment group was significantly superior to the western medicine control groups.To the improvement of early satiety and nausea symptoms,the treatment group was superior to the Chinese medicine control group and the western medicine control group,and the Chinese medicine control group was also superior to the western medicine control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and was significantly superior to the western medicine control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant curative effect on Jianpi Shuwei powder combined with point application in treating epigastric pain syndrome caused by functional dyspepsia.
