自拟调神汤对脑卒中患者负面情绪的影响

Discussion the Effect of Self-made Tiaoshen Decoction on Negative Emotion in Stroke Patients

目的探讨自拟调神汤对脑卒中患者负面情绪的影响。方法选择2016年8月—2018年8月收治的脑卒中患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为2组,每组50例。对照组给予甲钴胺注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟调神汤治疗。对比分析2组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分、NIHSS评分以及临床疗效。结果观察组患者的HAMD评分、HAMA评分、NIHSS评分均低于对照组,临床总有效率明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟调神汤能够有效疏解脑卒中患者的负面情绪,改善患者神经功能,具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Tiaoshen decoction on negative emotion in stroke patients.Methods 100 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamine injection,and the observation group was treated with self-designed Tiaoshen decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.HAMD score,HAMA score,NIHSS score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results HAMD score,HAMA score and NIHSS score in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the clinical total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Tiaoshen decoction can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients with cerebral apoplexy,improve their neurological function,and has a significant clinical effect.
