滑膜炎汤配合骨炎膏外敷治疗髋关节一过性滑膜炎临床研究

Clinical study on Huamoyan Decoction Combined with External Application of Guyan Ointment in the Treatment of Transient Synovitis of Hip Joint

目的研究滑膜炎汤配合骨炎膏外敷治疗髋关节一过性滑膜炎(TSH)的临床价值。方法选择2018年1月—2018年12月治疗的TSH患儿112例,将其应用随机数字表法分为2组,均56例。对照组接受患肢制动、远红外线仪治疗,观察组则在此基础上加用滑膜炎汤、骨炎膏外敷治疗。观察2组临床疗效、疼痛缓解时间、治疗持续时间及髋关节功能。结果2组总有效率及治疗前后Harris评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组Harris评分均较治疗前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间、治疗持续时间较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TSH患儿接受滑膜炎汤配合骨炎膏外敷治疗可行性较高,缓解疼痛、恢复髋关节功能的效果确切,且可缩短治疗时间。

Objective To study the clinical value of Huamoyan decoction combined with Guyan ointment in the treatment of transient synovitis of hip joint(TSH).Methods 112 children with TSH treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with limb braking and far infrared ray instrument,while the observation group was treated with Huamoyan decoction and Guyan ointment.The clinical efficacy,pain relief time,treatment duration and hip joint function were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and Harris score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The Harris score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the pain relief time and treatment duration of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible for children with TSH to be treated with Huamoyan decoction combined with Guyan ointment.The effect of relieving pain and restoring hip joint function is accurate,and the treatment time can be shortened.
