温阳方治疗心阳不振型卒心痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Self-made Warming Yang Prescription in the Treatment of Sudden Precordial Pain Due to Devitalization of Heart Yang

目的探讨自拟温阳方治疗心阳不振型卒心痛的临床效果。方法选取2018年1—2019年1月在沈阳市中环中医院中医科就诊的心阳不振型卒心痛患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟温阳方进行治疗,通过中医证候评分对患者的有效率进行比较。结果试验组临床有效率为92.5%;对照组临床有效率为77.5%,试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基础治疗的基础上使用自拟温阳方治疗心阳不振型卒心痛效果显著,可以有效改善患者证候,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warming yang prescription in the treatment of sudden precordial pain due to devitalization of heart yang.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in department of traditional Chinese medicine of Shenyang central hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,80 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases adopted regular treatment.The treatment group of 40 cases used warming yang prescription on the basis of the control group.The efficient of TCM symptom score of patients was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%.The clinical effective rate of the control group was 77.5%.Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of basic treatment,the self-designed warming yang prescription has a significant effect in the treatment of sudden precordial pain due to devitalization of heart yang,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
