中医特色护理模式在医院临床护理中的运用

目的就医院在中医特色护理模式的创建与应用取得的成绩和存在的不足进行探讨,提出下一步中医特色护理工作改进的思路、方法、措施。方法以中医特色技术为基础和突破口,以中医护理方案为参照,创立医护一体,预防、诊疗护理、康复一体的运行机制,实行护理人员的专科培训与分层次培训,多渠道多方式对患者及家属开展中医特色技术健康教育。结果中医特色护理模式在医院的开展虽然取得良好效果,但在运行中发现也存在一些不足。医院下一步就中医特色护理模式在科研和慢性病临床方面开展攻关工作。结论随着人们健康意识的提高和国家对中医政策方面的重视,中医特色护理模式发展前景势必会美好而广阔。

Objective To discuss the achievements and shortcomings in the establishment and application of characteristic nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitals,and to put forward the ideas,methods and measures for the improvement of TCM characteristic nursing work in the next step.Methods On the basis of TCM characteristic technology and breakthrough point,with TCM nursing scheme as reference,the operation mechanism of integration of medical care,prevention,diagnosis,treatment,nursing and rehabilitation was established.Specialized training and hierarchical training of nurses were carried out,and health education of TCM characteristic technology was carried out for patients and their families by multi-channel and multi-mode.Result Although The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing mode has achieved good results in the hospital,there are still some shortcomings in its operation.The next step of the hospital is to tackle key problems in scientific research and clinical aspects of chronic diseases with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model.Conclusion With the improvement of people's health awareness and the national attention to TCM policy,the development prospects of TCM characteristic nursing mode are bound to be bright and broad.
