摘要
跨境电商快速发展,给我国外贸发展带来了新的增长极,进一步改善了人们的物质文化生活,但是也带来了监管方面的问题,如虚假宣传、产品质量问题、物流问题、退货退款问题等,对消费者的权益造成了损害。要保障消费者权益,必须有相关的政策法规作为基础。基于对国内外现有的跨境电商领域有关消费者权益保障的公共政策和法规进行汇总,从内容的完整性、新颖性、专项性和执行的主体、效果等方面进行分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。
the fast development of cross-border E-commerce brings new growth pole for national foreign trade development and improves people’s life.However,it causes some problems in regulation,like fake advisements,quality problems,logistics problems,refund problems and so on,which harm the consumers’interests.To guarantee consumers’rights and interests,we need related policies,laws and regulations.This article summarizes domestic and international public policies,laws and regulations related to consumers’rights and interests in the fields of cross-border E-commerce and analyzes them from the aspects of content and executive,like completeness,novelty and specific of content,executive subject and effect,and finally proposes corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
