2016年9月,证监会出台新规,借壳上市标准变得严苛。新规出台后,卓郎智能作为成功借壳上市的公司之一,通过研究其近三年的绩效,从中得到启示,为其他公司借壳上市提供参考意见。

In September 2016,the China Securities Regulatory Commission introduced new rules,backdoor listing standards become stringent.After the introduction of the new rules,Saurer Intelligent as one of the successful backdoor listed companies,this paper through the study of its performance in the past three years,get inspiration,and provide reference for other companies to backdoor listing.
