应用型本科生起薪期望影响因素分析——基于国际商贸群调查问卷的多元Logistic模型

Analysis on Determining Factors of Applied Undergraduates’ Starting Salary Expectation——Multivariate Logistic Model Based on Questionnaire of International Trade Groups

基于福建省某应用型本科院校国际商贸群调查数据,通过交叉列联分析和主成分分析选取影响应用型本科生起薪期望的代表指标,建立多元Logistic模型,由实证分析可知,影响应用型本科生起薪期望的因素有:个人因素(性别)、社会因素(家庭文化水平)、客观因素(全国计算机等级)和主观因素(就业选择标准)。据此,对应用型本科院校人才培养提出针对性建议。

Based on the investigation data of international trade group of an application-type college in Fujian province.Using cross-contingency analysis and principal component analysis to select representative indicators affecting starting salary expectations of applied undergraduates,a multivariate logistic model is established.According to the empirical analysis,the factors influencing the starting salary expectation of Applied Undergraduates are:personal factors(gender),social factors(family cultural level),objective factors(national computer level)and subjective factors(employment selection criteria).Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the training of Applied Undergraduate talents.
