2018年我国政府发布了一系列促进科研经费简政放权的政策。以分析加强高校科研经费审计为背景,在分析科研经费使用过程中存在问题基础上,提出了提升高校科研经费审计质量的对策,以期更好提升科研经费使用绩效,服务科研事业发展。
