摘要
以"日本甜宝"甜瓜幼苗为试材,采用水溶喷淋方式研究了2种根际促生菌(哈茨木霉菌T-22和枯草芽孢杆菌MBI 600)对甜瓜幼苗长势的影响,以确定根际促生菌在工厂化育苗过程中的促生作用。试验结果显示,单独添加哈茨木霉菌以及共同施用哈茨木霉菌和枯草芽孢杆菌对甜瓜幼苗促生效果较好,建议推广应用。
The muskmelon variety"Japan Sweet"was used as experimental material,the effects of two rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria(Trichoderma harzianum T-22 and Bacillus subtilis MBI600)on the growth of muskmelon seedlings were studied by water-soluble spraying method to determine the growth-promoting effect of rhizosphere bacteria in industrial seedling raising.The results showed that applying Trichoderma harzianum alone or applying Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis together,both could promote the growth of muskmelon seedlings,and should be promoted.
