Summer strawberries planted in high altitude areas have the characteristics of high sugar content,good taste,less diseases and pests and high off-season price because of the unique plateau climate features.This article expounds the cultivation techniques from orchard planning,variety and stolon selection,planting,soil and fertilizer and water management,flower and fruit thinning,sunlight and temperature control,disease and pest control,with a view to providing experience and reference for popularizing this technology and helping industry to alleviate poverty accurately.
