摘要
铸锭液穴深度对铸锭的凝固过程控制具有重要意义,本文根据金属熔液凝固理论建立了一个金属熔液凝固状态数学模型,通过微积分方程推导出锭坯立式浇铸时液穴深度的计算方法,通过实际测量验证,计算结果与实际测量结果吻合度较高,计算方法合理。
The depth of liquid hole is of great significance to the control of solidification process of ingot.According to the solidification theory of molten metal,a mathematical model of solidification state of molten metal is established in this paper.The method of calculating the depth of liquid hole during vertical casting of ingot billet is deduced by the calculus equation.The calculation result is in good agreement with the actual measurement result and the calculation method is reasonable.
