摘要
本文阐述了C72900铜合金的性能、用途及国内目前研究生产C72900的现状。对国内目前开发研制C72900铜合金所采用的真空熔炼技术、粉末冶金技术、快速凝固技术、机械合金化技术作出浅析。通过资料查询和结合一些铜加工技术常识,提出采用氮气保护的中频熔炼和电磁铸造法生产C72900合金铸锭技术的利与弊,展望了该技术的发展前景。
This paper describes the properties and applications of C72900 copper alloy and the current status of research and production of C72900 in China.The vacuum smelting technology,powder metallurgy technology,rapid solidification technology and mechanical alloying technology used in the development of C72900 copper alloy in China are briefly analyzed.Based on data query and some common knowledge of copper processing technology,the advantages and disadvantages of medium frequency melting and electromagnetic casting with nitrogen protection for C72900 alloy ingot production are put fonvard,and the development prospects of this technology are prospected.
