金川矿山充填用棒磨砂技术要求及检测方法改进

摘要 金川矿山采用高浓度自流充填工艺,所用的充填骨料主要是自加工的棒磨砂,需求量巨大,砂石的供给与生产也已成为关系矿山生产安全的重要组成部分。本文以棒磨砂技术要求为主题,以矿山充填安全技术需求为前提,通过大量试验,在进行数理统计分析的基础上,确定了棒磨砂水分、粒级级配技术要求,改进了棒磨砂的取样方法和样品组合方式,由全部货车取样改为二级取样法,有效解决了样品干燥时由于样品在盘底的粘结对测定的影响,保证了粒级尤其是<0.08mm的测量准确性,提高了棒磨砂的检测质量和效率,解决了长期以来棒磨砂生产质量控制与技术标准脱节的问题,满足了矿山生产质量管控需要。 The Mine in Jinchuan adopts the filling technology of high-concentration artesian flow.It’s filling aggregate is mainly from the self-processing rod-mill sand,whose demand is huge,so the supply and production of the sand have also become an important ingredient related to the production safety of the Mine.On the theme of rod-mill-sand technology and the premise of the demand for the filling security technology of the mine,the present thesis confirms the technical requirements for the water in rod-mill sand and the gradation of granulometric class and improves the sampling method of rod-mill sand and the compound mode of sample after doing mathematical statistic analysis through a great number of experiments.In this thesis,the all-truck-sampling method is transformed into the secondary-sampling method,which diminishes the impact of the dry sticking left on the bottom of the plate.It ensures the accuracy of measuring the granulometric class(especially the one with a granulometric class less than 0.08mm)and increases the testing quality and efficiency of rod-mi 11-sand.Besides,it eliminates the disconnection between production quality control and technical standard and meets the needs for the management and control of production quality in the Mine.
