镍锍质量控制样品的研制与应用

镍锍是镍冶炼工艺过程重要中间产品,通常铸成板形,作为镍电解生产中阳极使用。锍组份复杂,含有铜、钴、锍、铅、锌、铁、铂族金属等10几种有价元素,各组份如硫、铜、铁等对镍电解的生产影响较大,从而影响电解镍的质量,对镍锍组份的准确分析因而显得至关重要。本文通过将生产用镍锍作为质量控制样品的研究,较好地解决了分析质量管控之难题,应用于镍锍分析过程发挥了质量管控的重要作用。

The nickel sulfide an important intermediate products in nickel smelting craft process.It is offen casted into shape as an anode in the nickel refining process,its component is complex,containing 10 kinds of valuable elements sush as copper,cobalt,sulhur,plumbum,zinc,iron,Pt-group metal,etc,which affects the quality of the electrolytic principle.So,it is very important to accurate analysis for the nickel sulfide component.This paper studys the nickel sulfide products as a kind of quality control samples,that is a better solution to the problem of analysis quality and control,It plays an important role in quality control to be used analysis of the nickel sulfide component.
